Our Padstow Ghost Walk runs on selected evenings throughout the week. Timings vary by season.
Led by Regency-era merchant Thomas Rawlings (1757–1820), discover a side of Padstow most visitors never see.

FAQs
How long is the walk?
Typically around 90 mins, but does overrun sometimes by about 10 mins with larger groups
Where does it start and end?
In front of Old Custom House next to the tourist information centre. Ends on the opposite side of the harbour with an easy two minute walk back to the start point.
Are children and infants welcome?
We advise parental guidance, but we keep most of the language spooky rather than frightening. There are no jump scares on this walk or other actors. Children aged 5 and under go free.
I don't see any availability for the day I want to go. Will you be adding any extra walks?
Send us a WhatsApp message telling us how long you're in Padstow for and how many people. we'll take a look if we can add additional times or dates that might work for you. We review the times and dates weekly in response to demand, so keep checking in case of extra walks or other guest cancellations which frees up space.
Are dogs welcome?
Well-behaved dogs on leads, in arms or in pushchairs are welcome to join.
What happens if it rains?
We have never cancelled for weather, so check forecast and dress appropriately.
Is it frightening?
A little spine-tingling and spooky perhaps, but there are no jump scares, just good stories
Is it wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible?
Wheelchair, scooter and pushchair accessible, service animals allowed as well as family dogs. There is a section with ten steps, but we have a short alternative route for you.
Do I need to be very fit to walk the route?
You should be capable of walking 1 mile in total including 100m up a moderate hill on tarmac.
How many guests are needed for a private tour?
There's no minimum number of guests, so please get in touch for a quote, letting us know who many are expected.
How many people join the walk?
This tour will have a maximum of 25 travellers including children. Outside of school holidays and peak times there's mostly adults.
Will I be able to hear the guide clearly?
We use a voice amplifier and speaker which everyone says they can clearly hear. There's also atmospheric music and songs throughout the walk.
How can I cancel if I can no longer make it?
We understand plans may change. All cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will receive a full refund. Cancel through the same method you made the booking or email us. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, we are generally unable to offer a refund. However, where possible, we may allow you to reschedule to another date without additional charge, depending on availability.
