We will meet at the Old Custom House, Padstow, S Quay, Padstow PL28 8BL, UK
The tour normally lasts approximately 1 hr 20 minutes. With larger groups, it can overrun slightly.
On any tour our maximum capacity is 25 people in high season.
Yes – dogs are more than welcome to join our journey, they have a sixth sense for the paranormal!
The tour will finish on the opposite side of the harbour at the north quay carpark.
The tour will depart promptly at the appropriate time. Latecomers can find the group via the route listing on our website.
There is one steep section of the walk for about 100 m which is on the road. Pushchairs, mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs can successfully navigate this route. It is not recommended for a manually pushed wheelchair.
The walk is a gentle stroll with many stops.
Please be aware the tour is outdoors and although we only walk in areas of public access, some areas are dark so please take good care on the footpaths and the roads.
If your walk ends after sunset, a small torch or your smartphone light will help you along a couple of dark alleyways
Tips are optional and appreciated, but a lovely review of the tour is just as welcome!
We advise parental guidance, but we keep most of the language spooky rather than frightening. There are no jump scares on this walk or other actors.
We plan to run in all weathers, but a tour may be cancelled by us due to severe weather or illness. If this happens you may choose a full refund or alternative date.
You may take as many pictures as you wish and short video clips are welcome. Share on your social media! Please do not video record the whole tour.
